Weigh Your Waste! To help increase the awareness of the amount of food that is wasted when you take more than you eat, each of the dining halls will weigh the waste generated during lunch. The dining hall that wastes the least amount of food per person will win! Check back for the results.

Tomo Iršič, the 9th Global Chef to visit NU, comes all the way from Slovenia to prepare authentic, flavorful cuisine right in front of you.
