nuCuisine is proud to present our Global Chef Program, bringing authentic international cuisine to campus. Tomo Iršič, the 9th Global Chef to visit NU, comes all the way from Slovenia to prepare authentic, flavorful cuisine right in front of you. Chef Tomo will be cooking his specialties in the resident dining locations and at the 1999 Special at the Norris Center.
