Banana Creme Amarone 
Ingredients - Serves 4
- ½ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Amaretto liqueur
- 4 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. toasted almonds
Directions
Add honey and lemon juice to medium mixing bowl and whisk with a wire whip until well blended.
Add sour cream and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth. Add Amaretto liqueur. Blend well.
Add bananas to the mixture and fold gently. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Spoon into individual serving dishes and garnish with toasted almonds. Serve immediately.
