Testimonials
“I have had the pleasure of working with nuCuisine Catering for a variety of on campus events. The staff is attentive and incredibly helpful throughout all steps of the process – from the months of planning and preparation to the actual day of the event. We thank nuCuisine for helping us plan and execute many wonderful events!”
—Katie Wesner, Assistant Director, Student Services
“nuCuisine did a marvelous job during 2009 Commencement on the Honorary Degree Dinner. Threatening weather proved too much for our outdoor plan for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres under the stars. The staff quickly organized to make the necessary changes with only a little over an hour until show time. All was a success!”
—Carolyn Sparks, Director of Alumni Recognition and Events
“NU Catering chose regional cuisine to reflect the CHS Spring 2009 lecture topics and did a superb job of matching lectures and food, much to the delight of the audiences. And so for Professor Karen Wigen's talk on Japanese history through cartography we had Japanese-themed food, rounded out with green tea icecream which our speaker absolutely loved. Professor Jorge Flores spoke on Indian translators in the Portuguese colony of Goa and our menu included a curry dish and Portuguese rice pudding, while Professor Sarah Maza's talk on a 1930s Parisian crime scandal was complemented by French food. Guests commented on how this enhanced the lecture experience. Camber's creative food and table arrangements added to the overall experience as well.”
