nuCuisine offers a wide variety of items to meet students’ dietary needs. Vegetarian and vegan options are available daily at every location. Allison dining hall features a kosher station, where meals are available Monday through Thursday for lunch and dinner and Friday for lunch. At Sargent and Foster-Walker dining halls, halal items are available upon request.
In an effort to increase sustainability and due to unexpected surpluses or shortages of perishable menu items, menu's are subject to change. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
