Our catering team will work in close partnership with you to customize your event, providing the highest level of food quality and service to assure the success of your event. Our philosophy is to provide a meeting and dining environment specialized to meet and exceed your expectations. Our team is committed to providing service and menu flexibility so that your event will be uniquely your own. Budget permitting, most menu items can be organic and/or sustainable. Please keep in mind that the menu items and services included in this brochure are samples of what we can do for you. Should your event require special services or dietary considerations, we will tailor our offering to meet your needs. We appreciate your business and will do whatever we can to make your event memorable, from start to finish.

All catering reservations should go through the Sodexo Catering Office at (312) 503-7751.
Please be sure that the room is reserved through the building where your event is held before contacting the catering office. Sodexo is unable to make room reservations. If the event is being held in your office or building, room reservations should be handled through your department.
Determining Your Catering Needs
The guide is only that - a guide. If you do not know what you are looking for, please feel free to consult an Event Planner. We can assist you with your menu planning and come up with custom menus to fit any event.
When you schedule your event with us you will be asked to give us an estimate of the number of people that will be attending. We will require that you provide us with a guaranteed number of attendees three (3) working days before your event. This is the number that you will be billed for. This number may increase within those three days, but it cannot decrease.
All catered functions must be secured by payment before they occur. Forms of payment include chart strings or credit cards (excludes American Express). Non-University related groups are required to make a deposit of 50% at date of booking with the balance due on the day of event prior to the event starting time.
There is no charge for any event canceled at least three (3) days in advance. After you have given the guarantee you will be held responsible for all applicable fees.
We can provide a number of other services such as: flowers, balloons, linens, ice carvings and special rental equipment. All these services carry their own charges, so please consult an Event Planner for specific costs.
Minimums*Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, there is no minimum order and no delivery fee.
*Before and after the above specified hours orders totaling less than $100 will incur a delivery fee of $25.
*Saturday and Sunday will require a minimum order of $150.
