What is nuCuisine?
It’s a completely new concept in student dining. From self serve buffet-style programs in residential locations to the finest in dining right on campus, nuCuisine promises innovative menu choices made from fresh, high quality ingredients, prepared by executive level chefs with impressive culinary credentials.
nuCuisine is unique.
• Made-to-order entrée stations allow students to customize fresh pasta creations, stir-fry dishes, and more – with almost endless possibilities.
• Authentic international cuisine is created by executive chefs flown in from around the world, courtesy of our Global Chef program. Where possible, imported ingredients are used for a truly authentic experience.
• Healthy Smart Market options and portable meals at quick-service cafés and convenience store markets.
• Familiar, high quality options from national restaurant chains such as Einstein Bros. Bagels.

Quality starts with freshness. That’s why we use fresh ingredients to prepare meals and snacks at every nuCuisine location.
nuCuisine is nutritious.
We take wellness and nutrition seriously. So seriously, in fact, that we have on-site dietitians whose only responsibility is ensuring our students are offered a healthful diet. We are a variety of healthful menu selections including lower fat, vegetarian, vegan, and traditional menu items – even cuisine for those with special dietary or religious needs.
