• Authentic international cuisine is created by executive chefs flown in from around the world, courtesy of our Global Chef program. Where possible, imported ingredients are used for a truly authentic experience.
• Healthy Simply to Go options and portable meals at quick-service cafés and convenience store markets.
• Familiar, high quality options from national restaurant chains such as Einstein Bros. Bagels and Starbucks.

We take a mindful approach to wellness and nutrition. So seriously, in fact, that we have on-site dietitians whose only responsibility is ensuring our students are offered a healthful diet. We are a variety of healthful menu selections including lower fat, vegetarian, vegan, and traditional menu items, even cuisine for those with special dietary or religious needs.
